She is the second of three siblings (Nacho and Rubén Conde) and she started to work as a model when she was 14 years old...
In 1999 she took part in Miss Spain as Miss Palencia and soon after, she started to work in television. She started to be known in the beginnings from her collaboration as a reporter in the TV show El informal. Since then she has worked in several TV shows. She presented Sé lo que hicisteis....

Patricia Conde is the second of three children. She has a sister named Naomi two years older and a brother three years younger named Ruben. Her sister Naomi lives in Barcelona with her boyfriend Carlos and works in the Spanish Air Force as a soldier at a military base air traffic control and his brother Ruben lives in Madrid and is a cameraman on her TV show. His parents are called Angel and Maisa and live in Valladolid in the same house where Patricia and her brothers grew up.

She had the nickname "Requete" in El informal (1998). Later, co-star in both TV showsMiguel Nadal continued calling her like that in Sé lo que hicisteis la última semana (2006).

Second of three brothers: Rubén and Nacho.

Dedicated the TP Award as the best TV-host she received on February 2009 to Miriam Martín, her ex sister-in law and sister of Patricia's ex-partner Dani Martín. Miriam had died two days before.

Gave birth to her 1st child at age 33, son Lucas Segui Conde was born May 16, 2013. Child's father is her ex-husband Carlos Segui.
